"Easy Mother's Day Cake Recipe Without an Oven - Delicious and Simple!"

This easy cake recipe is perfect for those who don't have access to an oven but still want to make something special for their loved ones. Not only is this cake delicious, but it's also simple to make and requires just a few ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat a non-stick pan or a pressure cooker by adding a layer of salt or sand to the bottom, placing a wire rack on top, and preheating on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, milk, white vinegar, and vanilla extract.
